Tom DeLong

Tom is the Philip J Stomberg Professor of Management Practice in the organizational behaviour area at the Harvard Business School. Before joining the Harvard faculty, Tom was chief development officer of Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for the firm’s human capital strategies.

Tom co-authored the Harvard Business Review articles “Managing Talent: The Key Challenge for Today’s Professional Service Firm” and “Let’s Hear It For B Players” as well as the book Professional Services: Cases and Texts.
