Our People

Rob Lees

Rob is a consultant to the leaders of professional service firms worldwide. Rob has had an extensive career in PSFs, having most recently served as director of professional development at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was head of human resources for Ernst & Young Global, director of Ernst & Young’s Global Leadership Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts and before that director of professional development for Ernst & Young’s UK firm.

His current clients include leading firms in the law, accounting and human resource consulting.
