Henry Marsden

Dr Henry Marsden is one of the UK’s leading personal development specialists focussing on the career development and performance of people working within professional services firms. Henry worked within one of the world’s major international law firms as the Head of Learning and Development and Head of Human Resources within Europe. During this time he oversaw the design and delivery of professional development and skills programmes for fee earners, partners and support staff.

Dr Marsden has a PhD in Psychology providing a strong rigour and an array of tools and techniques to his work. He combines this strength with his practical experience and understanding of the challenges facing professionals as they develop technical and non-technical skills throughout their careers. To keep his thinking fresh, he also continues to work in academia as a visiting psychology lecturer at an undergraduate and graduate level and is a regular keynote speaker at forums, such as the Legal Education & Training Group.
